Work-From-Home Job Overview Fanatics is hiring for a Customer Support Associate position. This role is fully remote and may be a good fit for sports fans or anyone interested in trading cards and collectibles who enjoys helping customers. Role Responsibilities & Expectations In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for Fanatics Collectibles customers and assist with questions about products, policies and services. Expectations include: Handling customer inquires and issues through web messaging, phone and email Building and maintaining relationships with repeat customers Developing a strong knowledge of Fanatics Collectible products and release schedules Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed Resolving product, policy and service-related issues Required Skills & Experience There is no degree required for this position, just general knowledge of the trading card and collectibles industry with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
