- Check that your account has Silver or Gold status and an available birthday gift.
- Sign in at maccosmetics.com, make a purchase and select the birthday gift offer before checkout.
The fine print
Silver requires $150 in qualifying annual spending; Gold requires $500. The official FAQ says in-store birthday gift redemption is unavailable during its August through October 2026 system upgrade. Gifts depend on availability and must be claimed during the birthday month.
